water weakness

Day 3.

As it seems, I have made it to day three! alhamdulillah (thank god in Arabic). I must admit it feels good to not have given up. So as I did not do a post yesterday, I just want to let you know that it went okay. I did notice one thing though: at the most, I had 4 (16.9oz) bottles of water yesterday [which is a total of 50.7oz]. This is way less than the half of my body weight [130.5 oz] in water that is the least I should be drinking if not more. So, we went to Applebee's for my sister's birthday, and bam! as soon as we get there, it's like I forgot about my water intake completely. I didn't even get to finish my food [mostly due to the one cup of raspberry lemonade I drank before the appetizers came]. 

My weakness is juice [luckily I've so far, completely stayed away from soda]. But after talking with a classmate, she suggested that I make fruit infused water overnight to drink during the day. She let me taste some [infused with strawberry] and I have to admit, it DOES make water that much more easier to drink. We have lemon at home, so I'll make some tonight to drink tomorrow.

The workout yesterday was great! I haven't done the workout for today yet, but it will be done before midnight.

So that in the future I can see progress, I'll begin posting photos of me. :)
